JTAC Manager is an application for use with the JTAC on-line service.
The service asks registered users to respond to a series of "tasks" using the associated "JTAC" application.
This "JTAC Manager" application provides a sub-set of the JTAC service's main web-site functions so that the user can review responses, assign tasks, create new customers, etc.
The JTAC business service is subscription based.

The JTAC service provides a framework for users to create lists of "tasks" that can be assigned to staff to carry out (a task is a closed question such as "Arrived at client" or "Please respond once you have completed the job").
When submitting replies the responder can also supply notes, scan a barcode, take a photo (the app can be tailored to enable/disable the capture of these additional items).
These responses are logged with the JTAC service where they can be reviewed and report on (data can be downloaded for import into 3rd party apps such as spreadsheets or business intelligence).
The JTAC service can process responses submitted via the JTAC app and/or SMS text message.
Two example uses for JTAC:
Field Service: Assign tasks to mobile staff to be carried out at customer locations.
Responses are in "real-time" giving line-managers oversight of the current progress of tasks and allowing them to respond quickly if the mobile worker encounters a problem.
If you record staff leave on the system it can warn you if you are attempting to assign work to someone who will be unavailable.
Raise invoices to cover the work, with options to send an invoice immediately upon completion, allow adjustments before sending, or consolidate two or more invoices into one before sending (useful if a customer is on a contract and expects to be invoiced at regular intervals)
Human Resource: Time & Motion studies.
Ask staff to respond to questions as they carry out their duties.
These responses can then be reviewed and reported on.
Response metrics are: planned vs.
actual start time, finish time and duration; location of the person when they submitting their response (location recording can be enabled/disabled), plus any notes the person submitted with the reply.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for JTAC Manager. It only allows to test online JTAC Manager with apkid com.foliagos.jtacmanager. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run JTAC Manager online.
