You can do it using our Android online emulator.
This app is designed to be used with Descent: Journeys in the Dark 2nd Edition (D2e).
The idea for this app came up when the core set for D2e was released and hero cards are now double sided.
Back in D1e, as the Overlord, I would require my players to randomly pick three heroes and choose one to play.
This stopped the monotony of people playing the same heroes.
Due to the double-sided nature of the new hero cards, this is no longer possible.
This app allows players to pick between 2 - 4 heroes and select the archetype they will be playing for the scenario or campaign.
The app also takes into consideration what expansions and plot decks the players have on hand to pull random heroes from.
For instance: If you have 4 heroes all wanting to play Warriors but you only own the core set, this request is impossible.
The app also takes into consideration other combinations as well: 4 players and 3 archetypes, 4 players and 2 archetypes, etc.
As well as getting random heroes, the Overlord can also use this app to quickly find all the monsters available for the encounter being played.
All you need to do is enter in the expansions being used (if not already saved before hand) and enter in the traits allowed for the current encounter.
You will then have a list of all available monsters to use.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Hero Selection. It only allows to test online Hero Selection with apkid com.fillharttech.heroselection. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Hero Selection online.
