Delta Retailer app is a seed retailer & distributor app used to track seed distribution and consumption.
This app allows seed packet tracking based on QR code technology.
Based on an incentive scheme, the
app tracks seed packets from the seed company to the retailer with the help of a QR code & a pamphlet.
There are three phases in the app - Eligibility Phase, Validation Phase & Return Phase.
Each phase has a
unique set of functions to be carried, which make the Delta seed app a perfect app for tracking seed
packets.
All the data that is captured of the retailer will be used for analytics by the company.
In the Eligibility Phase, every seed packet of Delta would have a QR code & pamphlet at the bottom of
the packet.
The seed packet lot moves from Deltas plant to distributors which is then distributed to
various retailers.
Every seed bag holds the information about the incentive scheme and directions to
download the Delta Seed App from the play store.
Once the retailer downloads the app, he/she can scan
the QR code on the seed packet.
Once the QR codes are scanned, they are sent to audit in the Validation Phase.
Distributor mapping will
happen to ensure proper reconciliation and rewards.
In the Return Phase, the unused seed packets are returned to Delta whose QR codes would be scanned
and cross verified with the accepted QR codes.
Subsequent adjustment will be done in the final reward
amount.

Module Details of the Delta Seed App

Sign up/Registration - Retailer downloads the app & registers through mobile OTP verification.
Once
the retailers register themselves, they will be asked to complete their profile.
After profile completion,
retailers will have an option in the menu to add employees of their shop using their phone number.
When the employees download the app & register themselves, the shop details will be auto-filled as
entered by the owner & non-editable.
Rest of the app flow remains the same for both the owner and
the employee.

Profile In the profile section, the retailer can view the total rewards/points and also the details
entered while registration.
These details are editable (except the shop details).
3.
Scan Coupon The retailer would have an option to choose the distributor of any particular seed
packet.
A message will be displayed in case of a wrong scan or duplicate scan.

Register Farmer Retailers can register farmers and subscribe them for receiving info-services, by
filling a form
5.
Notification and Surveys Push Notifications would be sent to the users of the app to keep them
notified about any new features or offers within the app.
6.
Support Any user who has a question or comment can reach the support page.

related to the seed packets can be provided through a support phone number mentioned within the
app.
