Registered and logged in users on eNetra Guide app, will get notification of the request.
Once an online volunteers accepts the request a Video call will be established between volunteer and eNetra app user.
Volunteer has option to guide eNetra app user by voice or by text.
Both applications will convert the text to speech and will help communicate easily.
