Our goal is simple: Help supervisors and their staffs to manage their work quick and easy.
In order to bring that goal to fruition, weve created this mobile application which is free, secured and user-friendly.
Capataz is even integrated to GPS which enables live tracking and allows monitoring of the whereabouts and exact location of the employees only while at work.
Currently, the app is available in 2 languages (English and Spanish).
WHY USE CAPATAZ?
Timekeeping: Offers 2 options to do time in and time out via Working On The Go and QR Terminal.
It is also flexible since it allows online and offline timekeeping.
It also provides automated tracking of Hours spent for Regular Working hours versus Breaktime and Overtime hours.
Job Order: Allows assigning a job order to a staff/worker.
This can be assigned individually or to multiple staffs/workers.
It also includes Job Orders Duration, Severity & Priority, Facility, Costing, Assets & Consumables, Time logs, Messaging and Assigned Users.
Supervisors can also provide direct performance feedback once a job order is completed.
Live Tracking: Provides real-time monitoring of location and whereabouts of the employees.
It also features a tracking history to monitor previous locations and even triggers a geofence alert if the staff enters or leaves the facility.
Requests: Allows employees to log different types of request including Out of Office, Overtime and Reimbursement.
Performance Assessment: Provides a rating and feedback once a job order is completed.
General feedback is also available that is displayed real-time in the employees profile.
Notifications and Alerts: Triggers successful or unsuccessful messages.
Employees get notifications for important activities that are done inside the app including when timing in and out, taking a break and resuming work and submitting a request.
