The intended use of this document is to develop an app for depression, anxiety and stress assessment of patients with the utilization of DASS-21 score and anyone for their mental well being with the activities/exercises suggested in the form of instructions and videos.
The app will initially take some inputs from the user.
After taking the inputs, the App will show the videos to the user.
Further, the app keeps track of the yoga sessions and exercise by the user and gives him/her a score to assess his discipline.
The application will record assessment (DASS-21 Score) , repetitions and the videos watched.
