PROCEDURE ON HOW TO USE DR.SIDDHA APP:
1.\tOpen Dr.Siddha application.
2.\tThe Registration screen appears.
Register with your mobile number or email id.
3.\tOnce registered, you will be entering the app where you can consult doctor or purchase medicines.
4.\tYou can login and logout whenever you want.
5.\tWhen you login, you will be taken to the main page where you can find 2 main options,
(a)\tcall now (for consultation).
(b)\tbuy now (for purchasing medicines).
6.\tEach department has its own specialized doctors so you can select them according to your issue.
7.\tOnce you choose your doctor for consultation, click CALL DOCTOR which will direct you to the payment page.
8.\tAfter your payment of Rs.150, our customer care executive will connect you shortly with the respective doctor.
9.\tYou can upload your past medical records or reports or the pictures of any skin problems that you have through the photo upload option given at the bottom of the department 1 page.
10.\tYour prescription and other advice will be sent through whatsapp or mail.
11.\tAfter you receive your prescription, you can purchase medicines in our app.
12.\tThe payment for the medicines you purchase is only through Cash On Delivery(COD).
13.\tWhen you enter the medicine page, purchase charge information will be displayed.
14.\tWhen you click NEXT, you have 16 categories of siddha medicines like Churanam, Kudineer, etc., and you can select your medicine by entering the respective category.
EXAMPLE: (A) Amukkara churnam - search in Churnam.
(B) Nilavembu kudineer - search in Kudineer.
15.\tSelect the quantity and press ADD TO CART to select the medicine.
16.\tIt will move to the shipping cart page.
17.\tOnce your order is placed, our customer executive will contact you shortly.
