Farmer Profile Farmers can view their profile consisting of the FPO they are linked with, details of the FPO, key contact persons in the FPO, their own land, and crop details in this section.
Generic Crop Advisory- Advisory services span across the complete lifecycle of the crop like pre-sowing, land preparation, seed treatment, sowing, nursery preparation, irrigation management, flowering, harvesting, and post-harvest.
We will also provide alerts to farmers as preventive measures from any expected insects, pests, and disease attacks.
These recommendations are given by State agricultural department & agri-universities and reviewed by inhouse agronomists
Customized crop advisory - The farmer can provide the images of symptomatic plants through Doordrishti to get customized advisory services from DER for crop-specific issues like insects, weed, or disease attack.
Based on crop images, experts will provide advice through IVR or message or both.
Weather Advisory- This service will provide weather updates with daily and weekly forecasts.
This service will help farmers prepare for sowing and other intercultural operations such as application of herbicide or pesticide.
Special weather alerts will be issued in case of untimely rains, heat, wind, drought, or other such natural calamities.
Input price dissemination - FPOs can disseminate the availability of agricultural inputs along with the offered prices and discounts as compared to market price through Doordrishti.
This saves the farmer time that is spent going to and from retail shops in search of different products and comparing prices.
Farmers can view all the products FPOs are selling on their screen.
Commodity price dissemination - FPOs can disseminate the commodity procurement price for each commodity with the quality specifications, discount metrics, delivery, and payment terms.
The farmer can place their selling intention through the app itself.
This feature aims to connect farmers to FPOs, provide a platform for aggregation, grade and sell at better prices.
Storage Facility- Doordrishti will provide information on interested warehouses on its platforms.
Farmers can connect and avail storage, assaying, and commodity funding facility with these warehouse service providers.
Market Watch- This service will include communicating the daily spot pricing from various major APMCs.
This feature provides a detailed snapshot of spot prices of commodities in major and selected APMCs.
It also provides details on future prices.
This helps in making better decisions on crop selection while sowing, when to sell the harvest, and where to sell the produce to realize the best margins.
Crop analytics- Doordrishti can also provide comprehensive crop analytics based on continuous crop health monitoring using remote sensing and historical data about the farm and weather.
Our analytics gives information on water stress, mechanical stress, biotic stress, soil moisture, mid-season adversity, and vegetation index.
