You can do it using our Android online emulator.
CivilIn aims at tracking & maintaining Law and Order in the Railways.
The app is to be used only by West Bengal railway passengers.
In case, any railway passenger faces any kind of criminal activity during his/her journey, he/she can use the application to register a complaint describing the issue.
The app will send an SMS to Control Room number monitored in the GRP Control Room & will also register the request in the app for future use.
Once a complaint is registered, the user will get a Ticket ID for reference, and can track their ticket status in the app's dashboard section.
The app is focused on registering the criminal activities in real time, with data like crime type, location of crime, name of victim and train details.
The app can also be used to ask for assistance like (coolie, protection while carrying valuables, protection for lone travelling female passengers or for senior persons).
These requests will be directly sent to concerned GRP.
Also, the user can find the list of all GRP HQ & STN details, contact numbers in the app.
If required, they will also be redirected to the IRCTC ticket booking / retiring room booking section from the app.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for CIVILIN. It only allows to test online CIVILIN with apkid com.devssil.railgrp. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run CIVILIN online.
