You can do it using our Android online emulator.
Pixel Scrambler lets you pick a picture on your device and scramble the pixels beyond recognition using a password.
You can unscramble the image only if you have the same password that was used to scramble it, and you can save as many passwords as you want if you don't want to type them in every time.
There are 3 different ways you can scramble each picture:
1) Pixels - Rearranges each pixel separately
2) Blocks - Breaks the picture into smaller sections and rearranges each section
3) AES - Encodes all of the pixels with AES-256 encryption
Warning: If you scramble a picture and save it, make sure you don't change it in another app (re-size, crop, rotate, etc.) if you do, you wont be able to unscramble it afterwards.
