The CTBC Bank PH is a mobile app of the Banks NetBanking Facility that lets you access and manage your registered CTBC Bank account/s anytime, anywhere from your mobile device.
To use the mobile app, you should register in the NetBanking Facility first by visiting www.ctbcbank.com.ph and:
\t\t Click the Sign On To button.
\t\t Select NetBanking, then click Retail.
You will be redirected to the CTBC Bank NetBanking Facility.
\t\t Click Sign Up to get you started with the online registration.
With the CTBC Bank PH mobile app, you will be able to perform transactions under the following menus:

\t\to\tOwn accounts
\t\to\tThird party (Adhoc and Enrolled payees)
\t\to\tInterbank transfer(Adhoc and Enrolled payees)
\t\to\tBills Payment (Adhoc and Registered billers)
\t\tMy Payees
\t\to\tEnrolled Payees or Beneficiaries
\t\tView Scheduled Transfer
\t\tView Completed Transfer
\t\tCheckbook Request
\t\tApply for Debit Card
\t\tRequest for Account Statement
\t\tRequest for Term Deposit Account

The mobile app also has the following Security Features:
\t\tLogin authentication for access
\t\tEmail notification for every invalid login attempts
\t\t2-Factor Authentication
\t\tDigiCert security certifcate that enables end-to-end encryption
\t\tTriple DES encryption
To run the mobile app, the required Operating System (OS) for the mobile device/s is/are:
