What is Momi App?
We have a standard membership for the public.
We have a corporate membership for employees whose companies have sign up with us.

What should I do if I forget my password?
On the 'Sign In' Page, click 'Forgot Password' and enter your email you used to sign up to receive the verification code.
Retrieve the verification code from your email and enter into the App.
Create new password and verify your new password .
You can re-login the App with your new password.

Where can I view or update my personal particulars?
You can view or make the changes by going to top left drop down menu and selecting 'User Setting'.
Where can I input my picture?
You can view or make the changes by going to top left drop down menu and selecting 'User Setting'.
Click on the camera icon and select your picture.

How do I contact Motivare?
Go to top left drop down menu and select 'Motivare Contact'.
Email us your enquiries.

User interface FAQ

How does the claim function work?
Go to top right hand menu, select Add, fill in details and attach your receipt.
For standard members, select 'My Expense' and click Create.
For corporate members, select 'Company Expense', and click Create to send to their HR for approval.

What does the QR icon stands for on the menu bar?
'Voucher' shows all the current vouchers that has been downloaded from 'Top Picks' that have not been used for redemption.
'Reward' shows all the current rewards that has been downloaded using M-points that have not been used for redemption.
'History' shows the vouchers and rewards that have been redeemed.

Can we integrate our personal calendar with Motivare's calendar?
If you are using google calendar, you will be able to integrate it with our calendar.
Gamify Me

What is 'Gamify Me'?
This is under the corporate membership for employees whose companies have signed up with us.
You are assigned tasks for a mission and encouraged to score as many points as possible.
You may be challenged to level up in status by earning badges and accumulating rewards.

How do you use the gamified solution, progress to the next level and win?
You are encouraged to score as many points as possible in the different missions.
Accumulate points in different stages to gain a badge to level up.
Employee with the most points within the department/ company at the end of the mission will be the winner.
3.
Is there a leaderboard?
If your company choose to take up the leaderboard option, you will be able to see your rank in the mission.
Statistics
1.
What is the function of 'Statistics'?
This is used to track the points for 'Gamify Me'.
You can view your current points, target points, team average points and last period points for your mission.
Top Picks
1.
What is 'Top Picks'?
This is for the standard and corporate memberships.
You have access to a list of current promotions offered by merchants of various categories.
2.
How do I redeem the vouchers?
On the promotion, click 'Get' on the top right hand corner to download the voucher.
You can view this voucher by selecting the QR Icon on the menu bar at the bottom.
3.
Is there an expiry date?
Every voucher has an expiry date listed under 'Terms and Conditions' on the specific voucher you downloaded.
