SIBB - Info Pelanggan PMGS

The West Bandung Regency Drinking Water Information Service System application ("SIAPKBB") is a service medium intended for PMGS BUMD customers to make it easier for customers to get information and communicate from and with PMGS BUMD.
In this application, customers can find out their water bill in detail every month.
In addition, customers can report water usage independently through this application.
The features or services that customers can use are as follows:
Billing Info
Customers can see the billing of each month in detail.
The bill that appears is accompanied by the status of the bill, both paid and unpaid every month.
Usage Info
Customers can see a detailed history of water usage every month.
Subscription Info
Customers can view the status and other history of each subscription transaction.
Branch Counter Info
Displays information about the nearest branch counter to the customer.
Making it easier for customers to find out the location of the branch counter.
Independent Meter Report
Make it easy for customers to report water usage independently through this application.
News
Make it easy for customers to get the latest information from BUMD PMGS.
Notifications
Customers will get notifications about subscriptions, report status, payment status, and so on in this application.
