The authorization can only be granted by the customers of MESS Safe that are subscribed to IoT platform.
These customers can appoint users for the configuration of the installed IoT devices.
The optional performance score might be set through the management of the authorized user according to their internal policies.
If the management has not assigned a performance indicator, then the score will be seen as 100.
Before downloading the app, be sure that your company is a client of MESS and already authorized you.
