How #BALANCED works
Teachers in upper grades, middle schools or trade schools from the cantons of Bern, Solothurn and German-speaking Freiburg first register their class on this website: https: //besofr.blaueskreuz.ch/ausgegelt.
During an introductory lesson, students download the app.
The competition starts as soon as the starting sequence has been realized.
Duration of the program phase
The classes can be registered from August up to and including November 3rd.
During this period of time, the start-up sequence is performed by the teacher.
Two challenges can be implemented by December 12 at the latest.
The picture challenges start for everyone on November 4th and also end on December 12th.
From December 13th to 24th, the teacher carries out a final sequence with the documents sent, which includes a short survey via app.

All students can actively inform themselves about passive smoking and campaign for passive smoke protection.

Attractive prices
In January 2023, the top 30 classes will each receive CHF 200 for the class fund.
During the program, participants can also take part in a raffle with prizes totaling almost CHF 2,000.
