Lesson Plans and Activity Guides
Active Moments Video Channel: Active Moments are 2-3 minutes physical activity energisers, designed to get learners moving and physically active in limited spaces within the classrooms and school environment.
These exercises are focused on movement and not necessarily fitness and are simple enough for all educators, facilitators and youth leaders to lead within a lesson.
Activities have been designed in low medium and high physical intensity which can be used according to available space.
Active Lessons Video Channel: Active Lessons are physical activity guides designed to meet the physical education requirements of the broader Life Orientation/Life Skills/Physical Education curriculum.
These activities can be used to support educators in developing Physical Education lessons.
They are aligned to the Curriculum Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) for each grade and have specifically been designed to meet safety regulations.
