The AlarmMeRSI app reminds you to take breaks when working behind a computer by setting an alarm after, for example, an interval of half an hour or random in that interval.
The days on which the alarm is active can also be set.
In the main screen click on the '+' button.
Set alarm in the screen that appears.
In the settings option you can choose between the android ' Alarm tone' or the default ' Ringtone'.
Removal of the alarm is possible by using the trashcan button in the main window.
