The TeleClinical Care - Stroke (TCC-Stroke) app is for use by patients enrolled in the TCC-Stroke research study.
This study has been funded by NSW Health and is sponsored by the University of NSW.
The TCC-Stroke app is designed to support patients who have recently been admitted with a stroke, or a Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA).
It allows for the delivery of educational messages, the monitoring of physiological parameters (such as heart rate/rhythm and blood pressure) by a team of hospital-based clinicians.
The app also assists with medication adherence and provides a virtual stroke rehabilitation exercise programme.
The objective of the app is to educate and empower patients living with cerebrovascular disease to ensure they keep well and out of hospital.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for TCC Stroke. It only allows to test online TCC Stroke with apkid au.edu.unsw.tcc.mobile.stroke. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run TCC Stroke online.
