aDyslexia is designed to help people with reading disorder dyslexia to read e-books in PDF format and browse the web.
The app modifies the text in such manner that it becomes easier to read for a dyslectic.
You can set your preferences via built-in settings to customize how an e-book or a web page is displayed.

Additionally, the app has a built-in text-to-speech synthesis with many supported languages:
