With 75 different routines, all with inbuilt progression and fun finishers, youll never get bored again.
youll also get access to all our Yoga classes, Total Mobility (a pure stretch routine) and Live Strong which is an easier version of Total Fitness designed with over 50s and beginners in mind.
The app allows for full interaction with other members and gym staff for the full virtual gym experience.

The only equipment required is a minimum of a safe space, 2 water bottles, 1 heavier water bottle or heavy object in a childs rucksack and a step, chair or other raised surface.
2 light dumbbells, 1 heavier kettlebell and a step are preferable but not necessary.
