iPhone app PSYCKES

Search for clients and view service utilization, treatment data, and care coordination information from the field using your iPhone or iPad.
New York State behavioral health providers, care managers, and managed care plans using PSYCKES can now utilize this mobile application to:

Search for a Medicaid client

Enable consent or emergency access to view clients clinical summary

View care coordination contact information

View safety plans and psychiatric advanced directives

Review outpatient, emergency room, and inpatient medical and behavioral health services

View psychotropic and medical medications picked up at the pharmacy

Access recently viewed clients easily without having to re-enter search criteria

You must first be granted access to PSYCKES by your organization before you can use the PSYCKES mobile app.
For new PSYCKES users, you must login for the first time on your desktop computer in order to create a PIN before you can login to the PSYCKES mobile app.
