The Blessed Hope Translation (BHT) is an English translation of the New Testament that seeks to creatively and transparently integrate the strengths of different translation philosophies, for the purpose of communicating the message of Jesus and the apostles clearly and effectively.
On the BHT App you will find three versions of the Blessed Hope Translation: (1) a version with full translators notes (including technical translators notes, commentary, and cross-references); (2) a version with abridged translators notes (with most technical notes removed); and (3) a readers version with minimal footnotes (footnotes in this version being limited mostly to Old Testament quotations and allusions, some alternate renderings, and verses found in some manuscripts but not in others).
