Flora - IBS therapy

Flora is an app that is specially made for people with irritable bowel syndrome, in short, also known as IBS.
The intestines, of people with IBS, are often extra sensitive and they move too much or too little.
This can cause, among other things, stomach pain.

Flora contains exercises that could help to restore the functioning of the intestines.
These exercises focus on relaxation and give attention to your intestines in a different way.
