Colonel Jos Kuijpers, the Commander of the Ground Based Air Defence Command (GBADC) will host the first GROUND BASED AIR&MISSILE DEFENCE SYMPOSIUM 2020 (GBAMD 2020, 17th April) at the Lieutenant-General Best barrack near the village of Vredepeel.
The industry will be given the opportunity to present their products and expertise including their thoughts on the topics of todays and tomorrows Air& Missile Defence.
The symposium is meant to inform all attending Officers, Non-commissioned Officers and Air defenders, but also all decision makers on RNLA MOD level and NATO.
The symposium will focus on a GBADC that delivers relevant Air & Missile Defence, now and in the future.
One of the challenges is the countering of UAS.
The symposium is co-hosted and organized with the Artillery Business Club (ABC) and the GBAMD foundation.
During the symposium you will be given the opportunity to interact with the firms present.
