More than 500 foodstuffs divided into 12 categories.

Which are the recommended portions for each food? Which is the right quantity of food to buy for a given number of people? Calculation has never been so easy.

--Shopping list--

Once you calculated the servings, add them to the shopping list.
Search in a list of 500 foodstuffs, or insert manually what you desire and you will never forget anything while shopping, and no more exceedances.

--Anti-waste recipes

If you have exceedances you will find an anti-waste recipe for each food that allows you to reuse leftovers or waste matters.
