By using this app, a remote assistant can help any user with all sorts of problems that would normally require physical presence, e.g.

Technical equipment, like computers, printers, scanners or copy machines

Infrastructure, like switches, hubs or placement of cables or wires

Other types of machinery, such as car engines or fuse boxes.

The user, who needs assistance, receives real-time support on the phone or tablet as if the expert was physically present.
The user simply points the device camera at any object and the remote assistant will get a visual feed on his screen on which he can write or draw markers, which the user will see immediately on his screen.
