iPhone app Audit 4

Audit4 is an app that has been specifically designed for company internal auditors.
It is the only auditing app that is template based and doesnt rely on the auditor to key in his/her own questions.
It is based on a traffic light system, with all questions being scored and the scores weighted.
It can be used to audit any standard in any industry but is ideal for undertaking health & safety, environmental and quality audits.

The purpose of the app is to assist internal auditors to carry out comprehensive internal audits and produce statistics based audit reports from which measurable improvement objectives can be set.

Red Non-conforming, below company standards/requirements

Amber Requires some improvement

Green Conforming, meets company standards/requirementsAll questions are scored and the scores are weighted Low, Medium, High

Scoring of questions can be adjusted to suit individual companies and the auditor has the opportunity to add his own questions and scores to the audit.
