iPhone app Communica24

Communica24 arranges interpreters for its clients, who offer them a wide range of interpreting services.
Among other things, Communica24 offers the possibility of connecting the client with the interpreter via an encrypted Video channel.
This software enables the end-to-end - encrypted Video connection between an interpreter and a user who is a client of InterCommunica GmbH.

An access PIN will be sent to the persons authorized to use the app.
This PIN is automatically generated on our connection server and sent to the respective app user.
To use the app, the access PIN must be entered.

When you activate the app by entering the access PIN, a communication ID (your name and configuration data including contact address to the app) is generated and stored on the proxy server of the app manufacturer.
This allows for encrypted communication between the communication partners.

In order to establish a connection to a communication partner, both partners must first enter a matching 6-digit PIN, which exclusively enables a connection between these two partners.
This PIN is automatically generated by our connection server and sent to the communication partners, in time before the scheduled start of the conversation.
The PIN becomes invalid three hours after the start of the call.,
