We are living in a world of rapid development and change in the economy, society, and technology, peoples pace of life is getting faster and faster, it is very easy to become anxious and impetuous, people either get lost in the day-to-day busy work or retreat to entertainment.
We should spend more time to get to know ourselves, find out the deep reasons behind our anxieties.
Anxieties that make us feel miserable often represent our deepest needs and wants, and recognizing them is more important than blindly setting goals or taking mindless actions.

Identify and track your anxieties

Anxieties usually only stay at the emotional level, bringing us pain, tension, stress, procrastination, and other negative effects.
However, if we write them down, concretize them, analyze and recognize their influence and mutual relationship, so that they are no longer just at the emotional level, then we can find their root causes and solutions more clearly.

Set effective and achievable goals

Anxiety is always a reflection of your deepest needs, wants, or insecurities.
Once you identify your anxieties, you will know what you want most and what is most important to you, and these are your real goals.
Goals have different influence scores depending on how much they affect your anxieties, which will tell you what to do and what not to do.

Point out the right action to do at any time and place

In this app, all of your actions have an Influence Score, which represents the impact that action has on their associated goals and anxieties.
Whenever you want to know what to do in the here and now, just choose the action that has the highest Influence Score in the current situation.

Highly focus on the current action and do it immediately

The most difficult part of an action is not the action itself, but getting started.
In fact, once you get started, even if it is only for a few minutes, you will immediately switch from procrastinating to working and continue to work, this is how our brains work.
This app has a Focus mode, it uses the Pomodoro clock and White Noise to help you enter into the Flow state, overcome procrastination and highly focus on your action.
