THE SCIENCE

We use approaches that we researched at Stanford University, which demonstrated the therapeutic benefit of creative and social reflection, with fun and surprising tools to get out our feelings and thoughts, and a comfortable space to supportively talk about them together.
Weve developed these ideas for everyday use, as humanStreams.
