American Wears StarTrac Garment Tracking and Repair App

Use this app to notify us of problems with your American Wear garments.

Use this app to scan your garments barcode label, or type in your

information.
Next, describe the problem.
You should include a picture

showing us the problem using your smartphones camera from inside this

app.
When you are finished entering all of the information, press the SUBMIT

button and the information will be sent to us.

Leave your garment for our driver to pick up on his regular schedule.

Picture Problems?: If the app wont accept the picture, try reducing your

cameras resolution.
You can do that by opening your smartphones camera

app and lowering the resolution there.
We recommend setting the cameras

resolution to its highest setting, but not higher than 8 MP if you encounter a

problem.,
