iPhone app Digital Gandhi Akar PrakAR

This Augmented Reality (AR) app is called Digital Gandhi Akar Prakar and was developed as part of a project of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt.
of India for commemorating the 150th birth-year of Mahatma Gandhi.

`The Hindi phrase Akar Prakar means dimensions and this app provides an insight into the different dimensions of Mahatma Gandhis life and teachings.` +

The app works with 2 different Gandhi mementos:

(a) A 3D printed replica of Mahatma Gandhi in a walking posture with his 3D printed English signature on a wooden base;

(b) A wooden platform that has a line drawing of Gandhi Ji along with his 3D printed English signature.

These mementos exemplify Mahatma Gandhis ideals of peace, justice, simplicity, minimalism and relentless determination to achieve his goals.,
