WellTrans Mobile, a demand response mobile data terminal (MDT), used by the contracted and credentialed transportation provider network, allows Drivers to see previous, current, and future trips in real-time.
WellTrans Mobile allows WellTrans to better handle same-day bookings, improve on-time performance, and increase passenger trips per hour the increased efficiency.

Available only to Provider Drivers in the WellTrans network, Drivers can easily communicate with WellTrans staff in real-time to provide instant updates and manifest changes.
Through this real-time communication between Drivers on the road and the WellTrans offices, we are able to effectively improve the accuracy of information and provide better customer service to passengers.,
