The eVu Senz app works in conjunction with Thought Technology Ltd.s eVu TPS Biofeedback sensor (https: //thoughttechnology.com/evu-tps-package-t4500/) to teach self-awareness, relaxation and focus through the monitoring of biometric data and self-regulation.
Features of the eVu Senz include:
Displays biometric data for four well-research modalities: skin conductance, temperature, respiration and heart rate variability (HRV).
Self-training using Biofeedback: a point-based program that automatically tailors success appropriate to the users skill level.
Live graphs and proportional midi-tone Biofeedback of biometric data.
Breath pacer that guides the user to slow down their breathing, maximize HRV, and engage a healthy nervous system response.
Choice of training session lengths between 5 and 60 minutes.
Data review system to gauge training program progress.
