Hockey Labs: At-Home Training

Hockey Labs is an at-home hockey training app with curated daily workouts, skill and IQ lessons, and exclusive live sessions for youth hockey players wanting to improve their game.
Kids can earn points, climb leaderboards, and win prizes all while learning from the top coaches in hockey.

No gym or rink available? No problem.
Everything can be done with a hockey stick, ball or puck, right at home in your garage, basement, driveway, or training space.
