Really great easy to use App, had a weeks free trail and now couldnt do without it, havent yet been unable to find a food , and love that it gives you items like toast with butter , tea with milk, so much easier .

What a well designed app.
Diary records dietary intake and exercise and auto-calculates checks.
Even has scope to calculate check values of my own cooking, which is the clincher for me as the sight of low cal food on supermarket shelves I find totally depressing.
