How to Sync Apple Health:

1, Go to Me-Setting-Premissions, tap not connected, allow AI Gym to access all of your health data, then tap allow in the top right corner;

2, If it doesnt work, open Apple health and go to your profile, tap App>AI Gym, tap turn all categories on;

3, After authorizing, your Active Energy and Cycling Distance will be synced to Apple Health.,
