iPhone app Reboost

Re-Boost is an app to support employees individual well-being.
It consists of 12 modules, built around various topics related to well-being.
Companies can select modules and launch modules to their employees throughout the year.
Individual users can choose at their own leisure which module to fill in at what time.

Each module consists of a short questionnaire a list of statements, presented with a simple rating scale: users can endorse each statement (1= completely disagree to 7=completely agree).
After completion of a module, users will receive immediate feedback: a graphic result for the given topic with peer benchmarking, and a brief personalised advice to improve their individual well-being balance.

The app also gives access to a more extended online library on the topic of well-being at work, and allows you to highlight support channels and contacts within your company.

Last but not least, the app is provided with utilisation statistics, and an optional report with group results and general tendencies as valuable input to your companys preventative measures related to well-being at the workplace.,
