iPhone app MyHB

MyHB is a multi-platform solution for providing residents, businesses and visitors instant access to a set of Hallandale Beach provided services, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
With this smartphone app, service requests (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc) can be submitted directly to the appropriate local government department.
The app will know exactly where the issue is (using the GPS feature on your phone) and you can even submit a picture of the problem.
This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and youll be able to track your issues until the instant they are resolved!

Heres how it works:

See something that needs to be fixed?

Submit your request (dont forget the photo).

3.
City staff receives the request.

4.
City Staff resolved the issue.

5.
MyHB notifies when the request has been completed!

Its just that simple! With MyHB you can also see and monitor other nearby request, find out local information such as bus schedules and recreation events, and link to latest news in Hallandale Beach.
