Primo Ager is a fully automated professional dry-aging system designed for homes or with limited kitchen space.
This ager is equipped with temperature and humidity control by an integrated smart system that requires no water supply from external or water tank.
With the 3 Pre-sets Mode (Dry Age/Charcuterie/Cheese), it is ideal to get the right temperature and humidity with few touches of the buttons.
If you are an advanced food creator, the minimalistic user mode can let you customize with extended controls.
All controls are manageable via the smart phones with OTA (over the air) firmware upgrade, AWS (Amazon Web Service) log reports and smart notification setting.
Primo Ager measures only 1 sq.m (3.2 ft2) and 1.1 m (3.6 ft) in height but with the capability to process up to 100 lbs (45 kgs) of meat.
Our exclusively designed dry aging Primo Meat Racks (TM) provides flexibility catering different cuts of meat, while generating storage space for up to 10 storage compartments simultaneously.
