TracPrac (Track Practice) is a mobile healthcare clinical evaluation management solution.
This digital solution is an education-centered app that automates the traditional paper methods of collecting clinical performance and evaluation records of practical experience in lab, simulation centers, and hospitals/patient care facilities.
Students can log data in their TracPrac app and verify check-in for attendance, record clinical activities, and track skills progress data related to specific program competencies.
Students also have the option to review evaluators feedback in real-time, chat with Instructors, upload professional certification cards/badges into the Clinical Wallet, and submit SBAR eForm communication to clinical instructors for assignments.
Evaluators, Preceptors, and Clinical instructors/Coordinators/Mentors can save valuable time to track, evaluate, and provide feedback to help each student progress on-demand within the mobile app or via password protected website.
All clinical data is securely stored and accessed in the cloud-based server/website.
