iPhone app Patterns for POGO Automatic®

Patterns is for use with the POGO Automatic Blood Glucose Monitoring System.
The app helps you better understand and manage your daily diabetes health.

Patterns includes:

- Real-time low and high glucose mobile alert system with a GPS locator function that sends automatic personalized and actionable mobile push notifications, texts and emails to the user as well as their sharing circle of designated family and friends.

- Text and email reminders for:

Scheduled test times

Progress toward daily goals

Re-testing after a low or high glucose alert

- Log book to tag glucose results with meal marking, carbohydrate, fat and calorie count, insulin, mood/feeling, and hydration information

- Secure real-time daily, weekly and monthly glucose database reports for individuals that are easily accessible anytime to anyone the user allows

- Dashboard and trends reports that analyze target glucose levels, high and low glucose patterns and results within a chosen glucose range

- Patterns connects with other health-related devices and applications (such as Fitbit, Strava, Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, etc.).
Select data from these devices and applications will be viewable on Patterns; however, Patterns data is not able to be viewed on those devices and applications.

- 24/7 digital and live coaching (optional) via text, email and phone by certified diabetes educators using Patterns data to facilitate individually-tailored coaching plans,
