Nuffield Health My Therapy is available to patients receiving Physiotherapy by a Nuffield Health Physiotherapist and/or Psychological Therapy via a Nuffield Health Psychotherapist

Virtual consultations using Video calling allows you to talk and see your physiotherapist/psychotherapist.
Calls are secure and delivered by Nuffield Health Chartered Physiotherapists or Nuffield Health appropriately accredited Psychotherapists

Access to high quality exercise videos prescribed to you by your Physiotherapist.

Your exercises can be downloaded to view and complete offline.

Progress tracking allow you to let your Physiotherapist/Psychotherapist know how you are progressing.

Access to advice and education material related to your physical or psychological presenting difficulties.
