To Register in Petdentity System, Pet should have microchip implanted and have Updated Anti-Rabies Vaccine.

Our vision is to declare Philippines Rabies Free by 2020, and our mission is on Focusing to deliver an advance improvement in eradicating rabies in the Philippines and to uphold the Rabies-free Philippines 2020 by developing and implementing a dedicated Pet Data Storage System which stores not only the Owner and Pets identification but also tracks a continuous record of pet vaccination and medical history.
The data gathered in the System will then be submitted for PhilAHIS records and information.
The sustainable and easy access System is free for all Filipinos.

- Users need to fill out a registration form(out of the system form), then the system administrator will add the users information to the system, users will receive an email with his username and password in it.

- After their pet has been vaccinated and the user has already submitted their registration form along with their pet information, the system administrator will add the pet to their account.,
