You can always cancel your subscription through account settings in iTunes.

You may still use the service after cancellation, until the next renewal date.

Confirmation & Billing will be made 24 hours before the end of the subscription period

iTunes subscription will still remain active even after you delete your account or application, you must cancel through iTunes account settings.

You will not receive refunds or extension of your period if you purchase paid subscriptions during the trial period.

Subscription will be automatically renewed if the status of your membership is not cancelled 24 hours before the end of your subscription period.
