iPhone app iSheffield

iSheffield is the University of Sheffields mobile app for students and staff.
It has useful information for your course, including your personalised module timetable and library reading lists.
It includes campus maps and locations using GPS to help you get around campus and a way to reserve free computers.

Features:

- View your course timetable using the calendar to see what lectures you have and where.

- Campus Maps & Locations using GPS - find your way around University buildings and get directions based on your location.

- Resource Bookings - Reserve PCs, learning spaces, group study rooms and more.

- Browse our Library catalogue to find and request books.
You can also see which books you have requested and loaned.

- Alerts - Receive alerts and announcements.

- View and subscribe to News & Events from the University and Students Union.

- Search the University Telephone Directory to find contacts, call or email them and add them directly to the phones address book

When launching the app for the first time, make sure you stay connected to Wi-Fi as it downloads the campus maps and other information.,
