The mobile App, including the electronic membership card, are available to any existing Genesis Medical Scheme member to download, including all his / her beneficiaries (dependants), thereby improving their membership experience and empowering them with 24/7 access to their membership details, the Scheme and emergency services.

All main members have to be registered as a website user - this can be done on either the MEMBER page on Schemes website (www.genesismedical.co.za), or directly on the mobile App.
Thereafter, all the members dependants will be able to use the App once they have downloaded the App on their mobile phones and registered as a Dependant.

Members will use the same password for this App as what they use to login on the Genesis Medical Scheme website.,
