Annuity + is a utility app that allows you to calculate financing (in arrears) and leasing (in advance) with the PLUS to change the payment schedule.

Just click on the name of the parameter and then resolve.
All parameters can be calculated.
The term is calculated in full months, any remaining balance is shown as the residual value.

The calculation is based on 30/360.
