Using the valley method you alternate sets of a high number of push ups with sets of a low number.

For example:

Set 1 - 10 push ups

Set 2 - 1 push up

Set 3 - 9 push ups

Set 4 - 2 push ups

.and so on, until you get back to 10!

You get 10 seconds between sets, timed, and a beep to start again! See how fast you can do it, youre being timed!
