EXERCISE PROGRAMS

In the app, you have access to three proven programs with different focuses:

MammaMage, seven levels, from easier exercises to more challenging exercise

Pelvic floor and breathing, with a focus on strength and relaxation in the pelvic floor, combined with breathing exercises and mobility in the hip joints

MammaStrength, exercises that strengthen the seat, back, legs, shoulders, and more, using yout body weight or light rubber bands
